Rajneesh obtained his first degree and first Masters in Sociology, post which he completed his second Masters and PhD in systems thinking for management at the University of Hull Business School. His research focused on how systems methodologies can be deployed creatively and flexibly in complex problem solving, aligned to a pragmatic philosophy.

His work primarily covers three application areas – organisational development, social impact, and corporate reputation. He has advised and worked with some of the foremost organisations in the private, public and third sectors. He played an instrumental role in designing, launching, and delivering a one-of-its kind MSc programme in systems thinking and leadership, for the UK civil service, at the University of Birmingham.
