Tracy’s career history to date spans varying industries and has an interesting portfolio of work to evidence.
Tracy currently works as Client Director for GoBeyond Partners since April 2023. Previously, she held the role of European HR Director at Laing O’Rourke (a private global construction company), during the challenging time of the pandemic. Tracy was accountable for creating a new People Strategy as well as driving transformation and new ways of working.
Preceding LOR, Tracy worked as a Product Owner with the Agile Centre of Excellence within Group Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group as well as a Head of Business Operations.
Supporting 18,000 colleagues to merge from 3 divisions to one brand new area of the bank, meant utilising new ways of working (scaled agile) at the same time as upskilling/reskilling through formal education, communities of learning and coaching/mentoring.
Using a data-led approach to measuring agile principles and practices was fed back to the board to ensure OKRs were being met.
Tracy also holds the role of Chair of the Board for Parkour UK, a new governing body who were successful in applying for, and receiving, £1.8m to drive growth and community engagement. Their ambition is to be selected as a new Olympic sport for 2032.
