In Sarah’s words: why study with Hull Online?

We now operate in an entirely new business world, shaped by the impact of Covid-19 global pandemic, Climate Change, the Russian and Ukraine conflict, where resilience, innovation and agility are paramount. Organisations are suffering new pain points, such as talent management and retention, managing disruption and cultural diversity in global supply chains, embracing industry 4.0 and pressures of responding to and mitigating against the climate change crisis. This has changed the way we live, work and learn.

With these challenges come an intensified demand for proficient and socially responsible business leaders, who can shape a fairer, brighter and carbon neutral future. Professionals who not only have understand the key business functions: marketing, supply chain management, financial decision making, and other operational competencies – but the soft skills and behaviours needed to support employees and shareholders while driving their company towards success.

The Global MBA online programme is a flexible, future thinking MBA, designed to empower such professionals, giving you access to cutting edge research. It tackles the societal themes and industry needs of both today and tomorrow to develop agile and entrepreneurial leaders, with a global mind-set. The Global MBA leverages our unique expertise in sustainability and social justice, to ensure we are developing responsible future leaders who are highly resilient, innovative and adaptive.
