Rosie, a Psychologist and Health Researcher since 2012, specialises in dementia and ageing. With a background in the NHS and a role at the University of Hull since 2016, she contributes to high-profile dementia research and teaches nursing students.
As a PhD Researcher, she uses interpretive analysis and photo-elicitation for studying couples with dementia and health issues. Leading the Dementia Advisory Board at the University, Rosie guides the input of individuals with dementia and families for research and the MSc in Dementia programme.
Taught by experts and focusing on a human rights approach, in our MSc Dementia course you will learn how to maintain the wellbeing and dignity of people living with dementia, while promoting the philosophy and practice of living, as well as possible, with dementia.
