Dr Emma Wolverson, one of the Course Directors for University of Hull Online's MSc in Dementia, is speaking at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust's 3rd Annual Research conference.

Dr Wolverson is also a Clinical Lecturer in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Hull and a Clinical Psychologist (Older People) for Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

The conference aims to showcase local, national and international research the Trust is involved in, the potential for future collaborations and new areas of research, demonstrate the benefits of research for our community and to encourage more health care professionals to offer opportunities for people to become involved in research studies.

They have chosen this month to celebrate research as it is also International Clinical Trials Day, the NIHR ‘I Am Research’ campaign and National Awareness weeks for Mental Health and Dementia.

Other confirmed speakers include the following:

Prof Rachel Churchill, Coordinating Editor Cochrane Common Mental Health Disorders and Professor of Evidence Synthesis, Centre for Reviews and Dissemination, University of York.
